C. Kevin Moore, B.S., CPA
Chairman, CO-CEO, Treasurer, Director
President
Mr. Moore is a Graduate from the State University of New York
with a major in Accounting & Finance and is a Certified Public
Accountant in Texas. He is former President of TexKy Resources
Limited a company established as a power generation and operating
company for project development in the Middle East regions. Mr.
Moore is President and founder of Kebert Energy Systems Inc., a
company engaged in consulting, business development and development
and marketing of business application software directly related
to the energy sector industries. This company, renamed KEAS Applications
Inc., markets and supports its technical products today. As a CPA
Mr. Moore worked nine years as an audit manager for the international
public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Client companies primarily
consisted of public companies with international oil & gas
exploration, production & refining operations.
Richard M. Greenwood, B.S., MBA
President, CO-CEO, Secretary, Director
Mr. Greenwood received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Idaho and an MBA degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Mr. Greenwood has over 25 years of management experience in the consumer and financial services industry, including senior executive positions at some of the nation's largest financial institutions. He held various treasury-related positions at Citibank, where he was Treasurer for the USA consumer business and the bank's European and African consumer banking group, representing businesses in sixteen countries. Greenwood was also the CFO of California Federal Bank and Valley National Bank. As CEO of Bank Plus/Fidelity Federal Bank, he implemented a recapitalization and turnaround of the bank. Mr. Greenwood served as President & CEO of Predictive Data, Inc., a privately held company, from 1999 - 2000, and was President & CEO of Hagenuk CPS/USA, a privately held manufacturer and distributor of Web phones and smart card systems and technologies from 2000 - 2002. From 2002 until joining ALO Investments, LLC, he was involved in the formation of several start-up ventures to commercialize an Internet-enabled video telephone device ("Webphone"); this included serving as a director and President of BICO, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, from November 2004 until August 2006. Since then, Mr. Greenwood has been a partner in ALO Investments, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Dr. Saeed Al-Sabawi
Vice Chairman of the Board
Vice President – Director International Operations
Dr. Sabawi is a graduate in law from Cairo University and has
obtained a postgraduate business degree in the United States. He
is former Executive Vice President of AMS International (New York),
a large aviation company; the President of Al-Sabah Sabawi Group
Est., a major trading and construction company carried on with
the Al-Sabah Royal family of Kuwait; a Director of Gulf Global
Petroleum of Geneva Switzerland; a Director of Saudi Gulf Group
in Saudi Arabia; a Director of Sabawi Investment Group in Cyprus;
and finally the Chairman of Sabcana International Ltd., a trading
company in London Ontario. During his 30 years of business experience
Dr. Sabawi has negotiated and completed many projects in the Gulf
Region, including numerous construction projects with a large US
contracting company in Saudi Arabia, including 210 room Al-Jubail
Hotel, 360 room Intercontinental Hotel in Saudi Arabia, 480 shop
Al-Shola Center in Riyadh for Prince Mishal Bin Abdul Aziz; and
the Commercial Banking Tower for the Government of Kuwait.
Ronald M. Hall, B.S., ChE, MBA, J.D.
Member Board of Directors
Vice President – Legal & Operations
Mr. Hall has a law degree from South Texas College and has obtained
a Master in Business Administration from the University of Houston
and a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M
University. He is former President of Biles & Associates, Inc.
a provider of data management solutions to the process industries.
As such, he was responsible to determine strategic positioning
against market leaders during critical product transition and restructured
the sales and engineering organizations for optimal sales revenues
and customer responsiveness. Mr. Hall was also President/owner
of Data Ron, Inc., marketing and consulting company with specialization
in computers and the technical industries. Previously, Mr. Hall
managed a heat exchanger manufacturing plant.
Gary M. Devore. P.E.
Vice President – Operations
Mr. Devore is a Graduate from Texas A&M University with a
Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered
Professional Engineer in Texas and member of the American Society
of Mechanical Engineers. Previously Mr. Devore was Manager of Projects
for Destec Energy Inc. and Foster Wheeler Corporation (engineers).
Projects included: design and construction of a $280 million coal
gasification facility, 120 KW molten carbonate fuel cell innovative
power generation unit, a FCCU innovative technology unit revamp,
a grassroots EtBE reformulated fuel blending component plant, and
100 MW gas turbine combined cycle power plant.
Ron Youtsey, CPA
Vice President – Administration & Market Development
Mr. Youtsey is a graduate from Central State University in Oklahoma
and a Certified Public Accountant. He is former chief financial
officer of DLB Oil & Gas Inc., a publicly traded petroleum
company, and was directly responsible for SEC compliance, Investment
Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions. Previously Mr. Youtsey
was Controller of French Petroleum Corporation, an independent
oil & gas company with operations extending to independent
power generation.
Edward C. M. Chen, B.A., PhD. Chemistry
Member Board of Directors
Dr. Chen has over sixteen years industry experience having left
as Chief Chemist Signal Chemical Company to pursue research, teaching
and publishing works in Chemistry at the University of Houston.
As professor of Chemistry, Dr. Chen has over 100 publications and
is currently completing a book The Electron Capture Detector and
Thermal Electron Reactions. Dr. Chen has extensive industry knowledge
and direct experience with carbon and carbon blacks.
